We are delighted to have our wines available in 9 different countries including France, where we work with a number of cavistes. We have seen an increase in demand and interest for our wines over the last couple of years and are now at the point where we need more wine to expand into new markets. Having kept our production to the minimum for the last couple of years, we have decided to take in our full crop this year (2008) which will double the wine available to sell. In 2009, there will be a further increase in volume as we shall start picking the newly grafted plot “Les Poteaux” which has increased our proportion of Grenache in the vineyard. In 2010, we hope to start planting white varietals but in the interim will try to source some white grapes (certified by Ecocert) from nearby vineyards so that we can include a white AOC St Chinian in our range.
