Great Gold Medal Winner: CHATEAU DE COMBEBELLE 2005

200 expert wine professionals from 45 countries across the globe awarded Chateau de Combebelle�s 2005 AOC St Chinian top marks (between 96-100%), making it the Grande Medaille d�Or or Great Gold Medal winner for 2007. There were only 14 Great Gold Medal winners from France in 2007 putting Chateau De Combebelle at the very top of its class.

The Concours Mondial de Bruxelles was established in 1994 and over a three day period of careful tasting by renowned �nologues, sommeliers and journalists, medals were awarded to the best vintages. For the 2007 competition, which took place in Maastricht from April 29th, more than 23,000 bottles of wine from 47 countries were submitted.
