2005 Château Combebelle AOC St ChinianThe grapes were picked by hand and vinified separately in open
wooden vats. Traditional fermentation with pigage during
15-20 days. The wine then spent 12 months in 1-year-old barrels
with a further 6 months in tank before bottling. Serve at room temperature. Delicious just to drink now, or perfect
with sanglier (wild boar), duck or venision. “Great concentration and depth ........ I particularly
